By using CampusKey you agree to these terms. CampusKey LLC operates as a leasing assistance service for Fordham University Rose Hill students and their families.
The service
CampusKey introduces students and families to vetted landlords near Fordham Rose Hill, coordinates tours, and helps move an application through to a signed lease. CampusKey is not the landlord, does not own the units, and does not guarantee the condition of any unit.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18 or older (or have a parent/guardian acting with you) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Fees
The leasing assistance fee is disclosed on each listing before you apply. Fees are owed only when a lease is executed.
Acceptable use
Don’t misrepresent your identity, harass landlords or tenants, or use the service to discriminate against any protected class. We reserve the right to remove accounts that violate these rules.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” CampusKey is not liable for landlord conduct, unit condition, or third-party services (e-signature, payments) beyond our direct control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bronx County, NY.
