CampusKey is a Leasing Assistance service in the State of New York. We work only on off-campus housing for Fordham University Rose Hill students and their families.

Every apartment on the site has been personally walked by a CampusKey leasing assistant. We meet the landlord, inspect the building, and talk through the lease before we accept the listing.

When you message a landlord, we're in the thread with you. We help schedule the tour, translate the lease, and stay on through the signing. Our fee is paid by the landlord at signing — there is no application fee for students.
