CampusKey LLC (“CampusKey,” “we,” “us”) provides leasing assistance to Fordham University Rose Hill students and their families. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, phone); application and roommate details you submit when applying to a listing; messages you exchange with landlords through CampusKey; and basic usage data (pages viewed, listings opened) needed to operate the site.
How we use it
To match you with landlords, process rental applications, send transactional email (tour confirmations, application updates, lease documents), and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Who sees your information
Landlords see only the application materials you submit to their unit. Co-applicants and co-signers see only the fields they are asked to complete. Our service providers (email delivery, e-signature, payment processing) receive the minimum data needed to do their job.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@campuskey.co.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
